This policy covers these games on Google Play (each called "the game" below):

  • Color Escape: Block Puzzle
  • Ball Sort: Color Puzzle
  • Pipe Connect: Dot Puzzle
  • Water Puzzle: Grow the Garden
  • Vehicle Builder: Part Puzzle
  • Robot Run: Neon City Runner
  • Ludo Mela: Family Dice Game
  • Rangoli Splash: Colour Match

In short: your game progress is stored on your device (and, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, in your own Google account). To keep the games free, they show ads from Google AdMob. The games are for players of all ages, including children, so every player gets family-friendly ads that are not personalised. We do not collect analytics. Purchases are handled by Google Play. We do not sell your personal data.

1. Information stored on your device

The game saves on your device: level results (stars, best moves), coins, hints, items you unlocked, purchases you made (purchase reference numbers, so items are never granted twice), game-specific progress (such as the island, garden, garage, robots, board themes and dice, or rangoli gallery), settings (sound, music, vibration) and your privacy choices. Older versions of the games also stored an age group; that is no longer used. We never ask for or store your birth date. This data is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or using Settings → Delete my data removes it.

2. Players of all ages

Our games are made for everyone, including children. We do not ask for your age. Because any player could be a child, the games treat every player the same way: ads are family-friendly and never personalised, no analytics are collected, and there is no public leaderboard.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The games show ads from Google AdMob: optional reward ads that you choose to watch (for example for a hint or extra coins) and, occasionally, an ad between levels or runs (not if you bought "Remove ads"). Every ad request is marked as child-directed and as coming from a user under the age of consent, so ads are family-friendly and not personalised, and the advertising ID is not used to build a profile. Google may still process limited data such as IP address and device and app information to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. See how Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: we use Google's consent platform to ask for your consent. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.

4. Purchases (Google Play)

If a game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policy. We receive a purchase confirmation (the product and a purchase reference) but never your payment details. Purchases can be restored with Shop → Restore purchases.

5. Cloud save (Google Play Games)

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game keeps a copy of your game progress (levels and stars, coins, unlocked items and the game's own settings) in your Google Play Games account, so you can continue on another phone or after reinstalling. The copy is stored by Google in your own account; we cannot see it. Settings → Delete my data also deletes this copy, and you can remove a game's saved data in Google Play Games. If you are not signed in, your progress stays only on your device.

6. Leaderboards

The games have no public online leaderboard: scores and names are not shown to other players. If we add one in the future, we will update this policy first and show the privacy notice again in the game.

7. Analytics and error reports

The games do not currently use analytics or crash-reporting services. Information about errors is only kept in a small log on your device. If we add an analytics service in the future, we will update this policy first and show you the privacy notice again in the game.

8. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only processed by Google as described above (AdMob, Google Play and Google Play Games).

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. Because game data is stored on your device and in your own Google account, you can delete it with Settings → Delete my data. For data held by Google, use Google's tools at myaccount.google.com. For any request, email [email protected].

10. Children

Our games can be played by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children: there are no accounts, chat or public profiles in the games, no analytics, and ads are family-friendly and not personalised (see section 3). Progress stays on the device, or in the player's own Google Play Games account if a parent or the player has signed in. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Security and retention

Game data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the game. A cloud save copy stays in your Google Play Games account until you delete it. We do not run our own servers and do not keep copies of your data.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in an important way, we will update the date above and the game will show the privacy notice again the next time you open it.
